RECRUITMENT MANAGER
The Senior Recruiter will manage and implement all facets of the recruitment strategy. 
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop and maintain relationships at target colleges – administration, instructors, and student organizations, 
- Manage executive Search agencies and appoint partnerships where required,
- Utilize his/her own network in order to attract best industry talents
- Write and Post ads on appropriate job boards, 
- Receive and filter resumes/applications, 
- Schedule and conduct initial telephone and in-office interviews, 
- Conduct background checks
