HR MANAGER
To strongly contribute to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis).
To act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising HR and line managers in order to provide quality service to the Amadeus Madrid Management and employees in order to attract and retain employees that add value to Amadeus. To provide full support to the HR Business partners for any issue, serving as a point of contact with the management team and employees.
